Hotspot Firmware Release: Operational Improvements

The Nova developers have tagged a new 2022.04.14.0 firmware release for Original Helium Hotspots.
This minor release increases the interval a Hotspot checks for a new miner container from 4 hours
(6 times a day) to 24 hours (once per day).
